As a former editor at Beat to a Pulp webzine, Elaine worked directly with writers of all genres to develop stories for publication.

      Today, she works with private clients, helping them shape manuscripts, decide between self-publishing or traditional publishing, and help realize their dreams and goals.  West Coast Writers Conferences, Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime SoCal, the Author Learning Center, and other respected organizations book her to lead workshops, moderate conference panels and speak.

      Her clients win awards, land publishing deals, and her latest Young Adult author, Neil V. Young, had his novel admitted to the literary canon of the U.S. Naval Academy. 

      Under the pen name “Anonymous-9,” Elaine’s award-winning, bestselling crime fiction is included in numerous “Best of” lists every year. Her work has been praised by T. Jefferson Parker, Ray Garton, Douglas Lindsay, Robert Randisi and many others.
